Export Enforcement relies heavily on its partnership with the business community to learn of potential export control violations. Information provided by the business community and public helps identify bad actors and violations of U.S. export laws. Through prosecuting those who violate the Export Administration Regulations, we are helping the and pursuing appropriate administrative sanctions against violators, BIS helps the vast majority of exporters who follow the rules and conduct their affairs in an honest and appropriate manner.

In the event additional information is needed, you may be contacted by a Special Agent from the Office of Export Enforcement (OEE). You may submit a tip anonymously. Should you choose to remain anonymous, please be aware that without sufficient detail it may not be possible to investigate your tip appropriately.
